Accounts Receivable Analyst
Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to support the accounting department in daily accounting tasks including but not limited to Accounts Receivable & Cash Management. The position is also responsible for backing-up the Cost Analyst with filing Personal Property Tax Returns, Sales and Use Tax Returns, & new Vendor Set-Up and supports the Accounting Manager and Accounting Director with timely and accurate monthly closings.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Post all A/R ReceiptsReview and maintain accurate parts cost in LX for KMA & KIE.

Position Summary

Design Engineer
Position Summary
Designs, develops and tests new products for North America Loader Implement (NALI) Group.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Engineer with new product development.
  • Support current products: ECN's, drawings, approval drawings, etc.

  • Performs a variety of electrical functions to include installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. Troubleshoots electrical systems including relays, motors and switches.

Lab Test Engineer
Position Summary
Plan and execute lab tests to validate systems and components by using existing test code or by developing new test/experimental methods. Judge test results according to product requirements and deliver decisions to stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure lab tested systems and components meet product specifications.
  • Ensure lab test code accurately represents the customer usage model.
  • Design lab tests and collaborate with development teams t0 accurately depict the conditions found in real world usage.
  • Design experiments to determine responses to inputs that optimize product performance.
  • Responsible for utilizing existing lab test code or creating new lab test code to meet testing requirements.
  • Responsible for creating test plans that include test schedules, test code, test equipment, measuring devices, data collection plans, and clear operating instructions.
  • Responsible for the setup and execution of a test or experiment by a technician and ensure the test plan is strictly followed.
  • Responsible for documenting and reporting any deviations to the approved test plan including changes in the test schedule.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between test lab and the development teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Test Lab safety policies and actively seek additions or improvements. Participate in and contribute to Risk Assessments.
  • Responsible for the test deconstruction process performed by a technician ensuring all testing equipment is safe and ready to use for the next test and all measurement equipment/devices are placed in their designated locations.

Position Summary

TEA Bilingual Analyst
Position Summary
Primary role will be administrative support to the Turf Engineering of America research and development team.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain department budget and other supporting documents as required
  • Vendor sourcing and parts quoting
  • Process purchase orders, payment request
  • Interdepartmental communication (phone, email, etc..)
  • Translation (Japanese to English) and interpretation as needed
  • Assistance with trip travel expenses of team members
  • Settlement of trip travel expenses of members
  • Hotel reservations and rental car reservations for business trips from Japan
  • Assist with department projects as required
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience with administrative support of a professional office in a bilingual (English/Japanese) environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Ability to translate written material (including technical material) from Japanese to English and from English to Japanese.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work with little to no oversight.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with others.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google office products.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.

Warehouse/Material Handler
Position Summary
Safely and efficiently conducts kanban picking and uses scanner to transfer material within the AS400 system.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently picks and delivers kanban parts as required
  • Performs daily inspections and safely operates powered industrial equipment including tuggers and forklifts; maintains valid certification on this equipment
  • Uses scanner to scan parts into correct location and conducts bin to bin moves
  • Conducts audits to ensure parts are being scanned using e-kanban system
  • Adheres to Kubota safety policies and dock operation standards
  • Maintains 5S compliant work areas
  • Supports ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Performs special projects as requested and related tasks as needed
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Basic English language competency, including basic legible writing
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work with little to no oversight
  • Must certify and maintain valid certification on all powered industrial vehicles. Certifications must be achieved within 30 days of position start.

Safely and efficiently welds products in accordance with work instructions, by using specialized and approved tooling to perform standardized work and ensure product quality.

  • Produce units within the standard cycle times, while maintaining quality standards
  • Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
  • Support standardized work processes and team oriented goals
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Verify all previous parts have been assembled, and/or welded correctly before new parts are added
  • Participates and maintains 5s standards
  • Participates in 5s activities
  • Understands, complies in support of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Basic English language competency
  • Must be able to read and follow specific work instructions
