Accounting Analyst
Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to support the accounting department in daily accounting tasks including but not limited to Accounts Receivable & Cash Management. Position Summary

Design Engineer (Turf Current Product)
Position Summary
Execute daily activities of the current turf products group in response to manufacturing requests, field quality issues, cost improvements, and others as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Produce high quality engineering solutions that conform to Kubota design standards.
  • Responsible for executing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for resolving manufacturing issues, warranty, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with other members of the design team, test and evaluation, manufacturing, purchasing, quality control, etc. for related issues.
  • Create detailed design reports, 3D models and drawings based on Kubota standards, engineering research and calculations.

Business Analyst (SAP and MES)
Position Summary
Safely and efficiently acts as the liaison between business users and IT developers to assist with system development and maintenance. Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the business needs of project stakeholders. Position Summary

MES Engineer
Position Summary
Supports manufacturing on development, introduction, and transition of all manufacturing process by utilizing strong leadership, communication skills, training aids and on the job training techniques. Designs, develops and improves manufacturing processes by utilizing the MES systems abilities and functionality.
Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Develop manufacturing processes that conform with MES system; research, design, modify, and test manufacturing methods and MES capabilities.
  • Assures technology deliverables adhere to company and regulatory policies.
  • Partner with business partners and IT Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate to MES solutions.
  • Support end-user requests related to ERP / MES system changes and coordinates within IT framework to ensure effective use of current IT systems.
  • Assures technology best practices include use of feedback and monitoring quality to enhance the state of control of delivered solutions.
  • Develop test plans, support documentation, and training material for supported systems.
  • Support technical projects in the installation of new equipment and systems.
  • Responsible for assessing the risk and impact that changes, patches, outages or other events can have to the MES solution.

Warehouse/Material Handler
Position Summary
Safely and efficiently conducts kanban picking and uses scanner to transfer material within the AS400 system.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently picks and delivers kanban parts as required
  • Performs daily inspections and safely operates powered industrial equipment including tuggers and forklifts; maintains valid certification on this equipment
  • Uses scanner to scan parts into correct location and conducts bin to bin moves
  • Conducts audits to ensure parts are being scanned using e-kanban system
  • Adheres to Kubota safety policies and dock operation standards
  • Maintains 5S compliant work areas
  • Supports ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Performs special projects as requested and related tasks as needed
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Basic English language competency, including basic legible writing
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work with little to no oversight
  • Must certify and maintain valid certification on all powered industrial vehicles. Certifications must be achieved within 30 days of position start.
